A recipe and an unrelated picture
2 tblsp of oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 tblsp of vindaloo curry paste
1 kg of chuck steak
1 cup of beef stock
200ml coconut milk
Add ingredients to slow cooker. 5-6 hrs on high; longer on slow. Serve on top or beside Turmeric Basmati rice
1.25 cups of Basmati rice
.75 tsp ground turmeric
Add/stir the turmeric into the pot w/ rice and water. Cook as per rice directions.

Fab simple recipe - would be very easy to adapt too. We are not tough enough for the vindaloo though, madras is quite spicy enough for us weaklings - lol.
