Eating caramel

A while ago I came across a scrumptious picture of caramels @ Blue.  It was about time to take care of myself and a monthly treat of caramel seemed like the perfect gift to me.

I ordered the "Caramel Of The Month Club" from haveitconfections @ Etsy. My 2nd batch just arrived, Cloud 9. Half chocolate / Half caramel. It is delicious. My advise is, as soon as you receive the package of 2, cut the bars in half and store 3 pieces in the fridge and enjoy the 4th piece.



Of course, I didn't follow my advise. It is very difficult. I ate one entire piece before I managed to save the other one for another day.
