Word magnets
Another game while at the soccer field. Metal surface & magnets. Lucy wasn't interested in watching soccer at all. She wanted to be at home. She had grabbed a tea tin and brought it with her. I thought it was her tin with farm animals. (We use old tea tins to store little things like farm animals, pencils, bolts and nails. And magnets). When we opened the lid we discovered the word magnets. These are old, really old. Remember when they were popular? Lucy knew exactly what to do with them.
All worked out well, she made words and I leaned against the car and watched the game. Next time I'll bring binoculars.
