I have been drawn towards purple, yellow, green and grey for awhile. Purple, for a long time. A deep rich purple. Grey and yellow more recently.

I wanted to find something in nature to tie my colour preferences together. The Purple Iris is perfect. In fact Iris was a top contender for my daughters name. I noticed some flowers making their way up and out of the garden. Tulips and daffodils. Wishing for spring temperatures to go along with the tiny blooms.
